The bioinformatic adaptive bracelet of the “SvetL” programs (hereinafter referred to as Bracelet or “SvetL” Bracelet) can be adjusted individually to its user.
The Bracelet should only be removed from its case and taken out of the plastic wrapping by the user for whom the Bracelet has been designated! Only the user should undertake the first and subsequent further contacts with the Bracelet, and put on his Bracelet on the wrist of his left hand. Failure to do this will prevent the Bracelet from tuning itself to the user.
It is strongly recommended after acquiring the Bracelet to register on the “SvetL” technical support site (www.svetl.org) and read the full instructions for the Bracelet, to seek advice and ask any questions of interest. The individual number of the Bracelet for registering on the site is provided at the end of the User Manual.
Bioinformatic adaptive bracelets of the “SvetL” programs have a general beneficial effect on the human body and are used as a preventive measure, for healing and human development and they:
have the ability to positively stimulate biological processes in the human body, providing a healing and restorative effect on the body;
reduce the level of impact on humans of adverse environmental factors, and facilitate the recovery of the body’s natural protective mechanisms;
enhance creative potential. Using the bracelet facilitates the optimal assimilation of information and understanding of educational material;
support people engaged in sports, tourism, and generally those with an active lifestyle.
contribute to the restoration of bodily functions that have been disrupted by various pathologies, infections and adverse environmental factors;
The active element of the Bracelet is the “SvetL” Program (hereinafter referred to as the Program) which has a wide spectrum of positive characteristics and is directed at restoring functions of the body which have been disrupted by various pathologies, infections and negative environmental factors, but also for creating the conditions for harmonious mental and physical development of the person.
The effect of the Program is primarily directed at a comprehensive restoration of the energy-informatic systems of the human body (the user), taking into account the individual characteristics of a particular person.
Depending on the bracelet’s functional designation, the "SvetL” Program has not only a healing effect on the bracelet’s owner, but also delivers a number of other features that enhance creative and intellectual potential, protect against the negative impacts of the environment and energy-informatic effects, improve emotional and psychological resilience, and contribute to a rapid and full recovery of the body after exercise.
Classification of the Bracelets
There are two types of Bracelets - Male and Female.
Recommendations for using
“SvetL” Program are activated independently as soon as the user puts the Bracelet on to their left hand (details are available in Personal Office, after registering at www.svetl.org).
Maximum benefit is obtained by wearing the Bracelet on the left hand around the clock.
The length of time the Bracelet is to be worn is determined on an individual basis depending on the bodily characteristics of the user. At times of higher load on the body, while activating its restorative and cleansing functions, the load must be reduced.
In such cases, it is recommended that the Bracelet be removed for from the hand for a period and placed at a distance beyond the average radius of its activity, ie no closer than 3.5 meters.
Perception radius active action and may depend on individual characteristics of the organism (sensitivity) of the person and the environment in which a user is currently located (street, house, other) as well as the negative impact of external forces factors.
Subject to observing the conditions set out below, the working life of the Bracelet is limited only in the eventuality of its destruction as a physical carrier.
- allow the Bracelet to be used (whether temporarily or permanently) by another other person (including close relatives);
- wear two or more bracelets with different functions simultaneously. However it is permissible to wear Bracelets with different functions in succession after each other;
- allow the use of: ‘female type Bracelets’ by men, or ‘male’ model Bracelets by women;
- expose the Bracelet to chemical, mechanical or thermal shocks;
- perform other actions that are contrary to common sense.
The bioinformatic adaptive Bracelet of the “SvetL” Programs is not a medical device and can be used as complementary measure for healing and preventive purposes.
There are no contraindications to its use nor restrictions relating to different age groups.
This type of product is not subject to mandatory certification.
The Bracelet is made of 925 silver, in accordance with the technical standard: TU 9643-001-11175369-2013.

A short introduction to technical aspects of the silver Bracelets
The disadvantage of silver (as indeed of gold), is that the metal darkens with time, losing its amazing shine. Most often this is due to its constant contact with the skin, where a greater degree of darkening can be an indicator of poor health of the owner of the silver, or of high humidity in the building, or it may suggest there is contact with substances containing sulphur.
Cleaning silver jewellery
Any silver jewellery will delight with its brilliance for longer if it’s given the right care, which must include regular cleaning of the silver. At home, this is not as difficult as it may seem, and takes very little time.
Materials for cleaning silver
If you’ve decided to indulge yourself with the fresh lustre of decorative jewellery, then everything required for cleaning the silver is available at the pharmacy or an average supermarket. Citric acid is often used for cleaning of silver, or ammonia, soda (sodium bicarbonate), vinegar or specialised chemicals produce for this purpose. It is worth remembering that silver is quite a soft metal and rough cleaning may damage it. Do not use abrasive sponges, toothbrushes or other hard materials that can be harmful to your silver object. We next consider several ways of cleaning silver cleaning with each of the abovementioned substances.
Methods of cleaning silver
Cleaning silver with ammonia: if the silver standard is not less than 625, an ammonia solution in the proportion of 1:10 with water is quite suitable. For light soiling it is enough to wipe the product with a cloth dampened with the solution, while for strong darkening the item can be just put into the solution and left for a while. To strengthen the cleaning effect hydrogen peroxide often is added to a solution.
Cleaning silver with citric acid: if the silver is of lower standard, then citric acid is suitable (sold in small packets), or as an alternative, simply lemon juice. For this method, do the same as for ammonia - just dip the product in lemon juice or a critic acid solution (1:10 with water), not forgetting to flip the item occasionally then wipe it with a soft cloth after removal.
Cleaning with bicarbonate of soda: prepare a slurry slightly moistened with water, and wipe the product as long as the surface is not free of darkened patina.
Cleaning with vinegar: prepare a 6% solution of vinegar and water. With a soft cloth dampened with this solution, simply wipe the product until achieving a satisfactory result. This solution removes mildew and other undesirable contamination very well.
Caring for silver
As already mentioned, silver is malleable enough to be deformed, so it should be handled with care. Silver jewellery is preferably stored in places with low humidity, or even better, in the box the product was shipped with. When performing chores or jobs where chemicals are used, it is desirable to remove the silver jewellery in order to avoid darkening or damage. Silver also reacts badly to some cosmetics which may contain mercury salts or sulphur. The jewellery can darken or be covered with a scale of silver sulphide.
